Improving Soccer Inside-Foot Passing Skills Through Varied Training Exercises Among SSB Putra Mulia Players

This study aims to improve the results of soccer passing training using the inside of the foot in soccer games through variations of the el rondo exercise for students of SSB Putra Mulia, Class of 2025. The subjects used in this study were 20 students of SSB Putra Mulia, Class of 2025.
The experimental design used in this study was a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The method used in this study was an experimental method. The instrument used in this study was an instrument from Dr. Norbert Rogalski and Dr. Ernst G. Degel. The purpose of this test is to measure basic passing technique skills.
Based on the results of the first t-test analysis study on the results of soccer passing exercises using the inside of the foot, the calculated t value (9.430)> t table (2.306), the results concluded that there was an increase in the results of soccer passing exercises using the inside of the foot in soccer games through training variations using the el rondo training model for SSB Putra Mulia students in 2025. Based on the results of the second t-test analysis study on the results of soccer passing exercises using the inside of the foot, the calculated t value (4.000)> t table (2.201), the results concluded that there was an increase in the results of soccer passing exercises using the inside of the foot in soccer games through training variations using the el rondo training model for SSB Putra Mulia students in 2025.
Based on the results of the study, the percentage increase in the results of soccer passing exercises using the inside of the foot in soccer games through training variations using the el rondo training model for SSB Putra Mulia students in 2025 was 29.82%.
